The fourth planned meeting of NEWBITS partners was hosted by the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) on Wednesday, 21st March in the campus of the Engineering School (Bellaterra).
The meeting began with a presentation of the university. The aim of the meeting was to update partners on the ongoing work in WP3, WP4, WP5, WP6 and WP7. The focus was placed on WP4 and WP5 with the main objectives of understanding the VNA results obtained via local workshops, value propositions and business models formalization as major tasks of WP4 to be finished in June 2018; and also to validate the proposed methodology of the Cost-Benefit analysis and a training programme in WP5. Various options and scenarios were discussed by the partners.
Special attention was given to the developments in WP3 and the current results of the conjoint analysis; the status of the NNP definition& specifications and expected activities in WP6; as well as the dissemination programme of WP7 – accepted conference papers, registrations, and planning for a number of webinars until the end of the project.
The next 5th PM will be hosted by Coventry University Enterprise (UK) in July 2018.
